50Kitchen is pleased to announce that we are open at our brand new location in Chapel Hill, NC, at the Blue Dogwood Public Market! After making the difficult decision to close our original location in Boston, we are thrilled to reopen to begin serving the wonderful locals and visitors of Chapel Hill and the surrounding area with our incredible food! 50Kitchen is a fusion-style restaurant located in the Blue Dogwood Public Market in Chapel Hill. It’s a place that represents second chances, the power of community, and cultural diversity through the food and the people that we serve.

Our menu focuses on traditional southern cuisine staples like our wings or our Chicken & Waffles, Gumbo, and Shrimp & Grits, as well as fusion experiments like our Jambalaya Egg Rolls. But, no matter what you get as an entree, you have to try our Honey Fried Cornbread.

Owner and head chef Anthony Caldwell knows a thing or two about how food can change lives. Opening his first restaurant after years of cooking in some of Boston’s most prestigious universities & hotels, Chef Caldwell has always dreamed of bringing his vision to life.

Inspired by the rich, diverse, cultural community of Chef Caldwell’s hometown of Dorchester, MA, 50Kitchen’s menu pays homage to both American Southern and Asian cuisine. From Jambalaya Egg Rolls to smoked BBQ brisket on our Banh Mi sandwich, you are in for a treat when you visit 50Kitchen.
