Chef Anthony Caldwell, Owner and Executive Chef of 50Kitchen, knows the power of food to transform lives. After years of cooking at Boston’s top universities and hotels, he fulfilled his dream of owning a restaurant. Now, he’s taken his vision on the road with his first food truck, continuing to share his passion and creative fusion of flavors with the community.
Inspired by the rich, diverse, cultural community of Chef Anthony’s hometown of Dorchester, MA, 50Kitchen’s menu pays homage to both Southern American and Asian cuisine. From Jambalaya Egg Rolls to Smoked BBQ Brisket on our Banh Mi Sandwich, you are in for a treat when you visit 50Kitchen.
