Experienced Line Cook

Must Have 3+ Years Experience

  • 3 years work experience as a Cook
  • Able to make sauces, soups and stews
  • Hands-on experience with professional kitchen equipment
  • Good knowledge of food and food plating techniques
  • Understanding of health and safety rules in a kitchen
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Very good communication skills
  • A degree from a culinary school is a plus

Salary: Based on Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour

Cashier/Host

Must Have 3+ Years POS Experience

  • Welcome Guests
  • Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
  • Greet customers upon their entrance/departure
  • Maintain a clean reception area
  • Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
  • Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
  • Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess and cashier
  • Understanding of restaurant etiquette
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Experience in managing reservations
  • Demonstrable customer-service skills
  • Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining area
  • Availability to work in shifts as needed
  • Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
  • Able to work nights and weekends
  • High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus

Dishwasher/Prep Cook

Previous Restaurant Experience is a Plus

  • Operate industrial dishwasher
  • Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary
  • Clean ice machine daily
  • Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear on resources
  • Clean dish storage
  • Follow sanitation policies at all times
  • Provide assistance to kitchen with prep and other kitchen task as needed, especially during peak times
  • Perform opening, closing and side work
  • Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately
  • Report any sanitation or janitorial issues to appropriate party.
  • Washes pots and pans.
  • Sweep and mop floors.
  • Empty kitchen and dining room trash, as well as recycling.
  • Stock supplies in chemical room and dry storage area using FIFO.
  • Maintain a clean bathroom
