Experienced Line Cook
Must Have 3+ Years Experience
- 3 years work experience as a Cook
- Able to make sauces, soups and stews
- Hands-on experience with professional kitchen equipment
- Good knowledge of food and food plating techniques
- Understanding of health and safety rules in a kitchen
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good communication skills
- A degree from a culinary school is a plus

Cashier/Host
Must Have 3+ Years POS Experience
- Welcome Guests
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- Greet customers upon their entrance/departure
- Maintain a clean reception area
- Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
- Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
- Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess and cashier
- Understanding of restaurant etiquette
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Experience in managing reservations
- Demonstrable customer-service skills
- Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining area
- Availability to work in shifts as needed
- Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
- Able to work nights and weekends
- High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus

Dishwasher/Prep Cook
Previous Restaurant Experience is a Plus
- Operate industrial dishwasher
- Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary
- Clean ice machine daily
- Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear on resources
- Clean dish storage
- Follow sanitation policies at all times
- Provide assistance to kitchen with prep and other kitchen task as needed, especially during peak times
- Perform opening, closing and side work
- Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately
- Report any sanitation or janitorial issues to appropriate party.
- Washes pots and pans.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Empty kitchen and dining room trash, as well as recycling.
- Stock supplies in chemical room and dry storage area using FIFO.
- Maintain a clean bathroom
