Our owner and head chef Anthony Caldwell wanted his reatuarant to reflect his upbringing in Dorchester and the great foods and cuisines that represent the cultures of Dorchester. This led to a menu filled with delicious southern cuisine from chicken and waffles, to a variety of sliders, to of course Shrimp & Grits. If you have a love for southern BBQ you will love our menu. And of course no southern meal is complete without cornbread.

Our menu pays homage to the diversity of our community and Dorchester neighborhood. That is why so many of our menu items are designed to combine both Asian inspired dishes and our southern BBQ flavor.
