From cooking at some of Boston’s more prestigious universities, to opening his own personal chef service, to now owning his very own restaurant, he has put years of thought into his menus. As a man from Dorchester, Anthony’s goal was to capture the rich cultural makeup of his home community with his menu. With our in-house smoked brisket, St. Louis Ribs, Chicken & Waffles, and other southern staples, if you are looking for good southern food you have come to the right place.
