I love this place! This is my new happy place. This was seriously some of the best food I have ever had at a restaurant. Thought was given to every part of it. I had chicken and waffles, both of which were extremely good. My boyfriend had ribs, which he said during the entire dinner were the best ribs he had ever had. Did I mention the honey cornbread? Greatest thing ever. Friendly people, and even a beautiful outside patio.

Visited for the first time today; it won’t be the last. The restaurant was clean with plexiglass separating the tables and outdoor seating available as well. The staff was very friendly and appeared happy to be there. I ordered their ribs and cornbread with a beer and my lady ordered chicken and waffles also with cornbread (gotta have the cornbread). Hands down, the best ribs by far; the Bourbon sauce is finger and plate licking good. Met the chef/ owner on the way out and he seemed very friendly and personable. I don’t go into the city often but may need to make an exception more often.

Today, I had the pleasure to celebrate my PreBirthday lunch with my childhood friend. Who happens to share my birthday. The Shrimp and grits were well seasoned , tasty and very creamy. The chicken satay and peanut sauce were also a hit. The waffles were fluffy and the chicken was seasoned to my liking. Chef Darrell came over and wished us both Happy Birthday. During this pandemic if you get the urge for some real good food try 50 Kitchen for am awesome experience and quality food at a reasonable price!!! I’ll be back for more!!!!!!!!!

It was my first time ordering from 50Kitchen and I intend to order from this establishment again! The combination of different flavors, choices of fresh ingredients and spices, and the interesting marriage of multiple cultures are finely represented, not only in the delicious items that I ordered but also within the entire menu.

I think the Bang Bang Cauliflower is my new addiction! The cauliflower mash was beautifully creamy with a great mouthfeel. The ribs were good and came with the sauce on the side as requested.

The Food was amazing for my first time trying. I live right down the street I walk by everyday and say I need to try this place. And I wasn't disappointed. Ribs were bomb and the cornbread. I will be back

Was visiting Boston and wanted to eat some good soul food and support a black owned business. The food was amazing. This was my first time trying a Po’ Boy and it was fire! Also, if you go, you gotta try the deep fried honey glazed cornbread. I never thought that this was something I needed in my life until I had it. The staff was super kind and showed great hospitality. This was my first time doing outdoor dining in months, and it was great. Thanks 50K 🙌🏽

Come here. Been in Boston for over five years now and to maaaaaany different restaurants, and me and my boyfriend both considered the shrimp and grits here to be one of the TOP 5 dishes we've ever ordered. Get that and the cornbread, you will NOT regret it. Chef Anthony is a one man show - bussing, serving, talking to tables, helping out with the food, etc. He does it all and then some. You won't find better service elsewhere and the food speaks for itself. Support your local businesses.

I eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I love how their service is always good and they keep the place neat consistently. Pricing is reasonable and they serve generous portions.

The flavor was insanely good and the choice of ingredients show the chef versatility. For sure coming back.🔥🔥
